Buy a house in Mexico with USDT

How it works:

  1. The buyer pays with crypto.
  2. Brikens deposits the seller at their bank in their preferred currency.
  3. Both parties close at a Mexican notary and sign the deed (escritura).

Yes: you can buy a house in Mexico by contributing USDT, even if the seller isn't looking for crypto. Brikens structures the deal so you send USDT and the seller receives a bank deposit in their local currency. The deed is signed before a Mexican notary like an ordinary sale.

USDT is a stablecoin: during the quote’s validity window, the reference amount usually moves less than bitcoin. That does not remove spread, fees, or the quote window. Those figures come from your case document, not from a generic promise.

The service is at Buy with crypto.

What to confirm before you transfer USDT

The network. USDT exists on more than one network. Only the network named in the written instructions counts. A transfer on another network may be unrecoverable and is not payment for the deal.

The quote. It should state asset, network, validity, the currency the seller will receive, costs, and the expected net. If it expires, you confirm again.

Source of funds. A balance on an exchange does not, by itself, replace the history the case requires. If it cannot be documented, the deal does not proceed. Orientation is in the FAQ.

A deposit, not USDT

The seller does not receive the USDT. The deposit and the selling path are already at Sell and in the seller guide. This page is about the asset: network, quote, and what a stablecoin does not promise.

The transfer receipt is not the deed. How the deposit is put together is in from crypto to a bank deposit. If the asset is bitcoin, the distinct issue is volatility: buy a house with bitcoin.

Frequently asked questions

Does buying with USDT mean the seller is paid in dollars or pesos automatically?

No. The deposit currency is the one you agree and the one the validated account can receive. USDT is the source of the buyer’s payment, not the currency of the deed and not an automatic deposit in a fixed currency.

Does the USDT network not matter?

It matters. Only the network written in the instructions. Confirm it on the official channel before you transfer.

Next step

Once the property is identified, request the quote at Buy with crypto. Do not send USDT before that.
